Delete your AimiMate account

You can permanently delete your AimiMate account and all of its data at any time, either in the app or by email.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open AimiMate and sign in.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner to open Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@aimimate.com from the email address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete my AimiMate account". We will confirm and delete the account within 7 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address to protect your account.
What is deleted
- Your account (email address and user ID)
- All of your chats and messages
- Characters you created
- Reports you submitted
Data is removed from our live systems right away and from backups within 30 days. We keep nothing else, unless the law requires us to keep specific records. Deletion cannot be undone.
