Terms of Service

1. Who can use AimiMate

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

2. What AimiMate is

AimiMate lets you chat with AI characters for entertainment and companionship. All characters are fictional adults. Every reply is generated automatically by AI, can be inaccurate or unexpected, and is not advice. Do not rely on AimiMate for medical, legal, financial or mental health decisions. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AimiMate to:

• create, request or share content that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone under 18 in any romantic context;
• request explicit sexual content, or try to get around our content filters;
• impersonate real people, or create content about real people without their consent;
• harass, threaten or promote violence, hate or self-harm;
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

We use automated filters and human review of reports to enforce these rules, and we may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break them.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages you write and the characters you create. You give us a limited license to store, process and display that content only to operate and improve AimiMate and to keep it safe. You can delete it at any time by deleting your account.

5. Our content

The app, the characters, their images and videos, and the AimiMate name and logo belong to SweetAI Limited or its licensors. You may use them only within the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Purchases

AimiMate is currently free. If we introduce paid features, they will be sold through Google Play and governed by Google Play's billing and refund terms, and we will update these terms before they launch.

7. Reporting and support

Long-press any AI reply in the app to report it. For anything else, use our support page or email support@aimimate.com.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or if we stop offering the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

AimiMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for AI-generated replies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use AimiMate after that means you accept the new terms.
